Only about two weeks to go before the election and it is easy to despair. The media is deliberately negative about Corbyn and people don't seem to have learned any kind of critical analysis. Personally, I feel horrified at what the Tories would do if they got in, but I know that many voters are not able to think critically and just believe whatever the press/media tells them. It was the same with the Brexit Referendum.
Why oh why can we not prosecute the press when it deliberately lies? Why oh why can we not prosecute polititians when they deliberately lie?
I hope Corbyn will get in but I despair of the ability of the majority of the population to actually read, discern, research and sift through the deceptions and propaganda which would enable them to make a properly informed voting choice.
